Drops, by Herzog & de Meuron

The Prada Epicenter in Tokyo that was designed by the Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron refers with its form obviously to the archetypical house and a chrystal. More intriguing is the iconography of the glass facade. The specially for this building designed glass ‘bulbs’ seem to refer to drops, raindrops.

The photograph of the Prada Building has been made with the new technique HDR: High Dynamic Range.
